Every property we let or manage will be treated as if it is one of our own propertys. When we first visit your property we will determine what rent is achieveable and proceed to advertise your property on mylet.ie, daft.ie, local media and also target local companys in the area.
On finding a suitable tennant when references are checked we will proceed drawing up tennancy aggrement and also prtb agreement with the new tennant. We will collect a months rent and a deposit which will be refundable at the end of the tennancy when the property is returned in good in the prelet condition. We will do a invenrtory of all appliances an furniture in the property and will furnish a copy to the landlord at no extra cost.
On commencment of lease we will personally change all utilitys over to new tennants name and send final readings to landlord.
On managed propertys tennants who are looking to renew there tennacy aggrement will be done by us at no extra charge.
Our let only fee will be 625 plus 21.5%vat plus advertiseing.
Our management fee per 12 months will be 925plus vat plus advertiseing.
